Prefabricated floors

Energy efficiency, high static load capacity and durability of the house are due to our LIGHT FOAM CONCRETE COMPOSITE PANELS which are suitable to be placed on leveled and compacted land, on concrete footings or as a floor slab solution.
The composite floor panel is made of trapezoidal galvanized metal sheet specially designed for slabs casting, providing excellent insulation and mechanical characteristics.

Walls and ceilings

K-termo panels are structural insulation panels for building external and internal walls. These panels are combination of fiber cement or magnesium oxide boards, expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation core and gypsum board. K-termo panels are constructive part in our houses as walls and ceilings and we produce them under strict regulations, ensuring high durability, strength, energy efficiency and architectural design requirements of each building.
